Heat Pumps and Ventilation

Almost every day I get called to homes that have a heat pump and are still getting major condensation (mostly in bedrooms), Concidering these people have been told that the heatpump will remove all the condensation problems.
Heat pumps are great heaters, but not good dehumidifiers, unless they are on the cooling mode below 20 degC.
